CALIBRA Anatomical Molar Bands

Available in 36 right sizes and 36 left sizes for the first molar, and 32 right and 32 left for the second, either for maxillary or mandibular arch, each with a laser etched identification number.

Three things do the work. The hard temper gives the band the stiffness to hold anchorage. The anatomical design means the band follows the tooth instead of being forced onto it. The diversified thickness means the metal is where the tooth is wide and thin where the contact is tight. A rough inner surface finish then improves cement retention — the combination is what makes band selection easy and seating reliable.

Autoclavable trays hold the assortments, so the whole kit can be sterilised between patients rather than being a cross-infection risk.
