This kit is specially engineered for the realisation of an antisnoring bimaxillary Dorsal type appliance, and this version is featured by a higher retention capacity of the upper screws in the acrylic splint, thanks to the distal “U” bent guide.
It contains all the necessary components for a fast and precise construction of the appliance. The kit is built up of two upper screws with “U” guide (one right and one left) and two lower wings with inner steel frame (one right and one left). A kit for the construction of 10 appliances is also available.
The “U” bent guide wraps further back into the acrylic than a straight pin, which is what raises the retention and reduces the risk of the screw working loose in a heavily loaded splint.
