The special purpose range comes from over thirty years of manufacturing expansion screws: from the classical Pagani fan-type screw, through the Bertoni three directional screws, to the kit for building the Twin Wing Class II corrector. Every one is made of biomedical stainless steel with a mechanical tolerance better than 1/100 mm.
The thread parts are absolutely smooth, which gives great sturdiness and good friction while preventing any unwanted turning-back. Choose fan-type screws for pure transverse expansion, three directional screws when you need protrusive and transversal movement from a single body, trapezoidal screws for controlled tipping, and bi-fan screws for the asymmetric cases.
