A miniaturised, re-engineered Forward! for mandibular advancement, built around a 70° inclination between screws and wings.
A0840-05A0841-00
Drawing on experience with MAD appliances and on the fundamentals of the most widely used orthodontic appliance for Class II patients with mandibular retraction, Leone miniaturised and re-engineered the Forward! to create the Twin Wing. The kit contains every component needed for an easier and more precise construction.
Thanks to the 70° inclination between the upper screws and the lower wings, the appliance is scientifically and clinically proven to be the most efficient for stimulating mandibular growth, and it allows millimetric advancement of the lower jaw. Because the occlusal surface stays free of blocks, selected teeth can be excluded from acrylic contact, promoting guided extrusion and resolving vertical problems alongside the sagittal correction.
